Jordan is a Geotechnical Engineer, with 12 years of consulting engineering experience. Jordan has been a geotechnical engineer for various infrastructure, renewable energy and mining projects and has provided leadership, design solutions, and project management. Jordan was previously Vice President of Business Development at GoldSpot Discoveries Inc. and a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at WSP Canada. GoldSpot is a technology company that leverages artificial intelligence to reduce capital risk while working on increasing success rates in resource exploration.
Garrett Smith
VP Exploration
Garrett holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Regina. He has spent his career working on projects across western Canada in a variety of commodities. His broad experience ranges from greenfields mapping and exploration, to on-site drill management. With a passion for true exploration, he has spent the last few years building a portfolio of base metal projects throughout northern Saskatchewan
Brett Williams, P.Geo.
VP Operations & Sr. Geologist
Brett is a professional geologist with experience as a mine geologist in both open pit and underground mining and also as an exploration geologist in diamond, base metal, gold, and uranium for Rio Tinto and SSR Mining. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology and Diploma of Business Administration from the University of Regina. Registered as a member of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan.

Mr. Singh is a capital markets professional and currently the CEO of Thesis Capital, an advisory firm providing high growth companies with assistance on fundraising, go public transactions on the Canadian markets and investor relations support. Throughout his career Prit has worked with over 50 issuers and has advised/raised in excess of $100M in capital for companies in a number of different emerging sectors. Prior to founding Thesis, Prit has spent time working in investment banking & wealth management where he developed long lasting relationships with both the buy side and sell side communities in Canada. Prit holds a BBA from Brock University where is specialized in finance.

David is a team orientated management professional with more than 15 years of experience in business financing, consulting and recapitalizing public/private companies in the mining, technology and media sectors. David has almost two decades of experience in retail, office and industrial real estate sales & development. He’s lead projects from initial market analysis to acquisition, design, approval, site servicing, construction, and disposition. David understands the financial implications of technical issues and planning policy changes making him an effective Director.

Mike has been the president and CEO of GoldON Resources (GLD-TSXV) since 2009 and is the president and CEO of Silver Dollar Resources (SLV-CSE).

Dr. Mark Bennett, Ph.D.
Mark is a Ph.D-qualified geologist with 30+ years of experience in capital raising, mineral exploration and establishing mines. He founded Sirius Resources (acquired for AUD$1.8 billion) and oversaw the development of the Nova-Bollinger nickel-copper mine in Western Australia. Mark was instrumental in discovering the Wahgnion gold mine, the Nova-Bollinger nickel-copper mine, etc. He has been involved in raising $1+ billion in debt & equity financing.
Scott McLean, P.Geo., FGC.
Scott is a professional geologist with 35+ years of senior management, executive and board experience in the mining industry. He has worked for Falconbridge Limited and its successor Xstrata Nickel throughout Canada with a focus on gold and base metal exploration between 1985 and 2007. Scott founded HTX Minerals Corp in 2007, Transition Metals Corp in 2010, SPC Nickel Corp in 2013 and Canadian Gold Miner in 2016. He currently leads Transition Metals and is the Executive Chairman of SPC Nickel.
Richard Murphy, P.Geo.
Richard is a seasoned exploration entrepreneur with 27+ years of experience in the mineral exploration business. He has brought two public companies through founding, acquisition, exploration and sales processes, most notably, Manitou Gold Inc. (acquired by Alamos Gold in Q2 2023). Richard has deep knowledge of both technical and capital market aspects of junior mining. Richard has expertise in building and advancing junior mining companies through discovery, resource definition and pre-feasibility stages to establish fully-valued mine reserves.
